さっそく OTN: SQL Developerから OTN License Agreement for SQL Developerを押して http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/popup-license/ea-license.htmlを読んで、Accept License Agreement して、Oracle SQL Developer RPM for Linux (This zip does not include a JDK)をダウンロードして、
% rpm -Uhv sqldeveloper-2.1.0.63.73-1.noarch.rpm
してみました。
